Mr. Bill's Initial Plea

Aaron Walker reports that Mr. Bill initially tried to enter a plea of diminished mental capacity during his peace order violation trial.


Of course, it could be that Mr. Bill didn't want to delay the trial because he wanted a quick decision, but we bet that he was afraid to have a complete psych workup as part of the trial record. Such an evaluation would include a neurological evaluation to see how his Parkinson's disease affects his mental capacity. It might show that he really doesn't have Stage Eleventy disease.
